Residential real estate investing has returned to the market place. When potential homeowners were too skeptical of recent home value that had been reduced from the recession of 2008 cash investors stepped in to purchase these homes and get the home market going again. Now that the real estate market is in the recovery mode are these investors still a good thing for the market this article attempts to explain to the distressed homeowner why they should consider selling their property to these investors rather than attempting to wait on that perfect retail buyer that could pay more for the property. Today’s home buyers want more for less, and they are getting just that from these real estate investors that fix up the properties, and put them back on the market for a nice profit. It is good for the economy it puts contractors back to work, real estate agents more sales, and suppliers are getting new business that they really need being that the remodeling business has all but dried up over the last couple of years.
